So with two trips coming up and a want to look health(ier) while at it–I am going on a 6-week challenge. The only exception will be while I am on trip number 1 but even then I will try to stay within the food choices. What I am NOT doing: I am not counting calories (that has never worked for me long term)–avoiding nights out with friends! I promised I would recap my online dating stuff so here it goes….
Let me tell you about the last 2 months (my friends are probably stunned I lasted 2 whole freaking months) of internet dating. I technically have about another month paid on the 3 (yes 3) sites I signed on too BUT I don’t think I have patience to keep at it. Internet Dating has changed a bit since last time I tried to meet a guy online. I know tons of people who have met their now significant others online. I know it works for certain people but I am pretty sure that is not me.
This week is fish week. I plan on eating fish as my main protein. Last week was pretty on point except for a few meals 🙂
