6-Week Challenge: Eat These Foods (Mostly)

  So with two trips coming up and a want to look health(ier) while at it–I am going on a 6-week challenge. The only exception will be while I am on trip number 1 but even then I will try to stay within the food choices. What I am NOT doing: I am not counting calories (that has never worked for me long term)–avoiding nights out with friends!
