Day 1 (May 16): Breakfast: Egg Scramble w/sausage, asparagus, onion, and cheese Lunch: Salad in a Jar: Greek Dressing, Cucumber, onion, grilled chicken, feta Dinner: Grilled Tilipia w/Lemon and Rosemary and Wild Rice Snacks: Cinnamon Roll (brought in my coworker) Drinks: 2 Ice Teas (Black), 1 Ice Tea (Green), 3 Waters, 1 Red Wine Exercise: Walking with the Hits by Leslie Sansone

Monday Minutes: Tidying Up and Menu Plan 2/8/2016

So I read…. I did this over the Holidays and finally decided (a month later) to roll up my sleeves/get to work! So I started in my bedroom. I am not following her exact rules (aka I don’t have a dresser so all my shirts hang up) but I am following the main one: hold every single item in your hand and determine keep/throw out (I have a garage sale room). I worked 8 hours yesterday on two closets. That is all I got done! I moved out 4 bags of garage sale stuff and 3 bags of trash. It was a TON of work but in the end I feel lighter already.
