#30Days3Things is where you give up or make 3 rules for 30 days! This time I am giving up fried foods, cokes, and only allowed 2 meals out a week. So I read…. I did this over the Holidays and finally decided (a month later) to roll up my sleeves/get to work! So I started in my bedroom. I am not following her exact rules (aka I don’t have a dresser so all my shirts hang up) but I am following the main one: hold every single item in your hand and determine keep/throw out (I have a garage sale room). I worked 8 hours yesterday on two closets. That is all I got done! I moved out 4 bags of garage sale stuff and 3 bags of trash. It was a TON of work but in the end I feel lighter already.
