#30Days3Things is where you give up or make 3 rules for 30 days! This time I am giving up fried foods, cokes, and only allowed 2 meals out a week.
Day 1 (May 16):
Breakfast: Egg Scramble w/sausage, asparagus, onion, and cheese
Lunch: Salad in a Jar: Greek Dressing, Cucumber, onion, grilled chicken, feta
Dinner: Grilled Tilipia w/Lemon and Rosemary and Wild Rice
Snacks: Cinnamon Roll (brought in my coworker)
Drinks: 2 Ice Teas (Black), 1 Ice Tea (Green), 3 Waters, 1 Red Wine
Exercise: Walking with the Hits by Leslie Sansone
During her off time, you can find her hanging with her rescue furr children named after book characters: Lizzie a beautiful cattle dog mix (Pound Pup) and Cinder a beautiful Shep/Pitt mix (Pound Pup). Gathering with friends and family, attending conventions, watching movies/tv shows, rooting for the 49rs, and crocheting.
