Work Out Wednesday: Week 1 10k Walking Training (Repeating)

This is a second go at this for me but I am determined 🙂 I did OK last week but want to give week 1 a go again. Here is a reminder of what I am going to do  :  http://www.halhigdon.com/training/51125/10K-Walk-Training-Program (except I am doing Wed to Wed)

  • Wednesday: Rest or Walk (strength training)
  • Thursday: 30 min Walk
  • Friday: Rest
  • Saturday: 3 mile walk
  • Sunday: 45 to 90 min walk (aim for weekly 5k)
  • Mon: Rest or Walk (strength training)
  • Tues: 30 min Walk

So week 1 is a go AGAIN!
